18 kg weight loss goal accomplished today by keto and IF

I always have been overweight but during the pandemic, due to sedentary and bad eating habits, I started to gain even more weight and got into the range of obesity. I ate lots of carbohydrates (mainly bread rice and sugar). I made my big decision to lose weight and get healthy but was confused because of lots of misinformation. Until I get to know very few good youtube channels (the most important one being dr bergs) whose content made sense for me and I got to know the reasoning behind the suggestions. In less than three months, I lose more than 18 kgs by omitting carbohydrates, walking 10 km a day working out at the gym once or twice a week, and intermittent fasting (20-4 ore 23-1). I'm much happier with my new lifestyle and want to keep eating healthy and maintain my exercise levels. My lack of energy and focus is very improved and I feel very much better during the day, thank you, Dr. Berg!
