10 pounds in 6 days

Talk about motivation to keep going! I lost 10 pounds in 6 days strictly following the program Dr. Berg laid out - very low carbs per day (didn’t go over 10g, usually kept it around 5g), OMAD and included a big salad every day with some protein (and don’t over-do protein, as directed). I understand some (or most) of the weight lost during the beginning stages may be water weight but I’m just about to have my “girl-time” which means it was still 10 pounds in spite of PMS water retention (I would’ve expected 5 lost during this time, not TEN!!). Plus it's 10 pounds. Now I’m wondering what it will land on AFTER “girl-time”. ...And I don’t care in what form pounds come off.. it’s coming OFF!! I’d also like to report I felt very good today (day 10). Clear mind, energy after a good week of low energy, foggy, dragged adjustment period. I started using Dr. Berg’s lemon raspberry electrolyte drink, wheatgrass greens (very dense greens product but very palatable!) and nutritional yeast, that may have been the difference or like I said, maybe it was me just getting adjusted. Not quite enough to add before/after pics yet but I will when I get further down to show a more dramatic difference.
