Keto French Herbed Pork Chops with Brie

Ingredients
- ¼ cup / 10 g herbs de Provence
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 4 center cut pork chops
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz / 144 g Brie cheese, sliced
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

Place herbs de Provence and sea salt in a small bowl. Stir to combine.

Coat the pork chops generously with the spice mixture and set aside.

Add oil to a large saute pan and heat on medium for 3 minutes. Sear pork chops for 4 minutes on each side, until a crust is formed.

Place seared pork chops into an 8 X 8 inch glass baking dish and top with Brie.

Bake for 15 minutes, until Brie is soft and melted.

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
