Turkey Sandwich with Psyllium Husk Bagel

Ingredients
For Bagels:
Mozzarella Cheese - 2 cups (shredded)
Cream Cheese - 4 oz.
Almond Flour - 2 cups
Psyllium Husk Powder- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons
Eggs - 3 large
For Sandwiches:
Turkey
Spinach
Directions:
Add cream cheese and mozzarella.
Melt down. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix almond flour.
Add psyllium husk powder
Add eggs
Mix well
Knead both mixtures together.
Add to molds or make into rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Build your sandwiches.
Serve with veggies and ranch.
