Tuna Salad Sandwich

Total Time: 5 minutes (if you've made your Keto Bread ahead of time)

Serves: 1

Per serving: 610 calories, 39 g protein, 4 g carbohydrates, 51 g fat

Ingredients

Keto Bread - 2 slices

Tuna - 3 oz.

Mayo - 1-2 tablespoons (non-GMO)

Salt/Pepper

Directions:

Use 2 slices of keto bread.

Combine tuna and mayo.  Salt and pepper to taste.

If you like celery or onions, you could add that to the tuna salad mixture.

Serve with a big salad and avocado for added fat.
