Ingredients
Shredded Beef - 3 oz
Eggs - 2 large
Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoon
Avocado - ½ medium
Lettuce - 1 ½ cups
Lemon - ½ small
Directions:
Melt coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add shredded beef once the pan is hot. (Click Here for instructions on how to make shredded beef )Cook on medium for 3-4 minutes.
Mix 2 eggs in a bowl. Add egg mixture to pan with beef. Gently fold in the eggs until cooked all the way.
In a bowl, dress the lettuce with olive oil and lemon juice. Salt heavily.
Serve scrambled eggs with lettuce and avocado.
