Ingredients
For Blackberry Mixture:
Cream Cheese - 4 oz
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Blackberries - 1/3 cup
Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
Stevia - to taste (about 2-3 drops)
For Lemon Cream:
Heaving Whipping Cream - 1 cup
Lemon Zest - 1 lemon
Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Erythritol - 1/4 cup - powdered
Directions:
For Blackberry Mixture:
Add cream cheese.
Add butter.
Add erythritol.
Add vanilla extract.
Add blackberries.
Mash berries and mix well.
For Whipped Topping:
In a blender or stand mixer, whip the cream.
Add lemon zest.
Add lemon juice.
Add erythritol.
Gently fold into whipped cream.
Build your fat bombs. Then place in freezer for at least 10 minutes before serving.
