Garlic and Cheese Breadsticks

Total Time: 1 hour

Serves: 4

Per serving: 375 calories, 30 g protein, 4 g carbohydrates, 24 g fat

Ingredients

Mozzarella Cheese - 1 1/2 cups

Cream Cheese - 1 oz.

Almond Flour - 3/4 cup

Eggs - 1 large

Garlic Powder - 1/2 tablespoon

Toppings

Mozzarella Cheese - 1/cup

Spices - like garlic powder, parsley, onion powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt down mozzarella and cream cheese.

In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, and egg.

Add mixture to cheese mixture.

Knead.  Refrigerate for 10 minutes to make it easier to shape. 

Form into desired shape.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Add more cheese and spices. 

Cook for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
