- 4 cups zucchini, sliced
- ¼ cup onion, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1½ cups pepper jack cheese
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 4 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment.
- Put all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix well.
