Keto Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients
- 2 shredded cucumbers
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 cups / 560 g plain unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp garlic salt
Directions:

Trim the ends of the cucumber and shred on the large shredding holes of a grater.

With your hands, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the shredded cucumber, until fairly dry. Reserve.

In a medium bowl, use smaller grater holes to grate the garlic.

To the medium bowl add coconut yogurt, lemon and lime juice, parsley, dill, cumin and garlic salt. Mix together until well incorporated.

Add dry shredded cucumber and mix to combine.
