Keto Tuna Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 small can tuna, drained
- 1 Tbsp / 15 mL keto mayo
- 1 Tbsp / 15 mL grainy mustard
- (1 tsp / 5 mL lime juice if desired)
- chives, chopped, to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 avocados, pitted
- sriracha, drizzled, to taste
Directions:

In a small bowl, mix tuna, mayo, mustard, lime juice if desired, chives, salt and pepper until combined. Give it a taste and adjust the ingredients as needed.

Cut avocados in half and remove the pits.

Spoon the tuna mixture equally into each of the avocado halves.

Drizzle sriracha on top.
