Keto Tuna Stuffed Avocado

Total Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2 (2 avocado halves per serving)

Per serving: 536 calories, 24.9 g protein, 19.4 g carbohydrates, 42.1 g fat

Ingredients

  • 1 small can tuna, drained
  • 1 Tbsp / 15 mL keto mayo
  • 1 Tbsp / 15 mL grainy mustard 
  • (1 tsp / 5 mL lime juice if desired) 
  • chives, chopped, to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 avocados, pitted
  • sriracha, drizzled, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix tuna, mayo, mustard, lime juice if desired, chives, salt and pepper until combined. Give it a taste and adjust the ingredients as needed. 

  2. Cut avocados in half and remove the pits.

  3. Spoon the tuna mixture equally into each of the avocado halves.

  4. Drizzle sriracha on top. 

  5. Eat immediately.
