Ingredients

1 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp pine nuts

½ lb green beans, trimmed

¾ cup radishes, thinly sliced

½ tsp erythritol

sea salt

Directions:

  1. In medium skillet over medium-to-high heat, melt butter.

  2. Add pine nuts and stir occasionally until lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.
