Keto Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
1 cup / 220 g canned salmon, drained of liquid
¼ cup / 24 g almond flour
1 Tbsp shallot, chopped
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 large egg
2 Tbsp butter
Directions:

In a medium bowl combine salmon, almond flour, shallot, dill, parsley, garlic salt, smoked paprika and egg. Stir to combine ingredients.

Divide salmon mixture into 5 equal-sized portions. Shape portions by hand into rounded cakes about 1 inch thick. Set aside.

Heat a large saute pan to medium-high heat. Add butter and melt. Place salmon cakes into pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. As the salmon cakes cook, spoon melted butter from the pan on top of the cakes to keep them moist and flavorful.

The cakes are done when crisp on both sides.
