  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • Line large baking sheet with parchment.
  • In small bowl, stir ¾ cup cheddar cheese and ¾ cup Parmesan cheese together.

  • Spoon tablespoon-sized mounds onto baking sheet, spaced two inches apart. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
