Ingredients
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1/3 cup ghee, softened or melted
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
- 1 ½ tsp erythritol
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 ½ cup egg whites, whipped to stiff peaks
- As needed olive oil spray
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.

In a large bowl mix together almond flour, coconut flour, salt, ghee, cream of tartar, garlic powder, xanthan gum, erythritol, parmesan cheese, and italian herbs mix well.

Now fold in the egg whites to your bread batter.

Line a bread loaf pan and spray with olive oil. Fill pan with bread batter.

Bake for 30- 35 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan. And enjoy.
