Keto Miso Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 3 large eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 Tbsp keto mayo, sugar-free
- 1½ Tbsp white miso
- 1 tsp togarashi
- ¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Directions:

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil over high heat.

Gently place eggs in pot by lowering them into the boiling water with a slotted spoon.

Boil for 10 minutes and cool.

Remove shells and cut eggs in half, reserving the yolks in a separate bowl and the whites on a plate to be stuffed.

Mix into the yolks mayo and white miso. Blend until smooth. This can also be done with an electric mixer or food processor.

Scoop the yolk mixture back into the eggs. Sprinkle with togarashi, sliced scallions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
