Keto Meat Lovers’ Pizza Cups

Serves: 6

Per serving: 251 calories, 15 g protein, 7 g carbohydrates, 18 g fat

Ingredients

  • 6 organic ham slices, thin
  • ½ lb / 225 g cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup / 240 mL marinara sauce
  • 1 cup / 238 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices pepperoni

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.

  2. Spray or coat 6-cup muffin pan with oil. Push one slice of ham down into each cup to line it.

  3. Fill each cup with sausage evenly. Spoon marinara sauce on top of sausage. Add cheese on top of the sauce. Top off with pepperoni slices. 

  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the ham cup edges are crispy. Remove pizza cups from the pan and enjoy!
