Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp freshly chopped oregano
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz / 59 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 cups / 400 g cherry tomatoes
Directions:

Combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Add cheese and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes in refrigerator.

Skewer 1 tomato and 1 cube of cheese on a bamboo stick or desired skewer. Repeat until all skewers are made.

Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
