Use our Keto Bread recipe.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut keto bread on a diagonal bias or straight. Lay the pieces flat on a baking mat, parchment paper, or roasting rack.

Coat the tops of the crostinis with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they get crispy and edges are golden brown.

Top with hummus, avocado, or cheese.
