Keto Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs

Per serving: 123 calories, 2 g protein, 4 g carbohydrates, 10 g fat

Ingredients

  • ½ cup / 119 g butter
  • ¼ cup / 18 g erythritol sugar
  • 1 cup / 238 g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup / 132 g almond flour
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until you get a creamy consistency. 

  2. Add cream cheese and vanilla extract. Hand-mix to combine. Add almond flour and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. 

  3. Wrap bowl with plastic wrap and allow to chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. 

  4. When dough is firm, scoop it into balls and enjoy, one serving at a time.
