Ingredients
- 1 lb / 1023 mL turnip, diced
- 1/3 cup / 89 mL celery, chopped
- ¼ cup / 59 mL red onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp / 13 mL fresh chives, chopped
- ½ Tbsp / 8 mL Dijon mustard
- 1 cup / 350 mL mayonnaise
- ½ Tbsp / 8 mL apple cider vinegar

In a pot over medium heat, boil turnip until soft.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

In a bowl, put celery, onion, turnip, chives, mustard, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well combined.
