Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp black chia seeds
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.

Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle a cutting board with a small amount of almond flour. On the board, press the dough out by hand into a rough square. Pat until the dough is ¼ inch thick. Cut into smaller squares and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crackers are pale gray in color.
