Keto Chia Seed Crackers

Keto Chia Seed Crackers

Total Time: 45 to 55 minutes, including 30 minutes for cooling

Serves: 4

Per serving: 104 calories, 4 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp black chia seeds
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

  2. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.

  3. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. 

  4. Sprinkle a cutting board with a small amount of almond flour. On the board, press the dough out by hand into a rough square. Pat until the dough is ¼ inch thick. Cut into smaller squares and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crackers are pale gray in color.
