Keto "Cheez Its"

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
Almond Flour - 1/2 cup
Cream Cheese - 2 tablespoons
Egg - 1 large
Spices - be creative - onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, oregano.
Jalapenos - optional
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt down cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
3. Add almond flour. Make sure that the mixure is not piping hot, so that you do not cook the egg. Add the egg and seasonings.
4. With something that is round like a coffee tumbler or a glass, gently roll out the cheese on parchment paper and/or silicone baking mat.
5. With a pizza cutter or a knife, cut into small squares. If you want jalapenos, now is when you would add them.
6. Bake for 10-15 mins @ 350 degrees.
