Ingredients
- 1 cup / 120 g cream cheese, cubed and softened
- ¼ cup / 59 mL sour cream
- 1 cup / 113 g cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1½ lbs / 680 g broccoli, separated into florets
- olive oil cooking spray
- 1 cup / 90 g Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F / 149 degrees C.

In a bowl, put cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Fold together to combine.

Add broccoli. Stir until well combined.

Spray a baking dish with olive oil. Transfer mix to baking dish.

Evenly sprinkle top of mix with Parmesan cheese and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
