Keto Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers

Per serving: 208 calories, 9 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 26 g fat

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins.
  3. In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, garlic powder, cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese and mix well.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture into each jalapeño half. Spread evenly throughout pepper.
  5. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each half-slice around a stuffed jalapeño half, encasing the cheese mixture.
  6. Place all on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
