Ingredients
- 12 jalapeño peppers
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 12 slices bacon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins.
- In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, garlic powder, cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese and mix well.
- Put 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture into each jalapeño half. Spread evenly throughout pepper.
- Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each half-slice around a stuffed jalapeño half, encasing the cheese mixture.
- Place all on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
