Ingredients
Eggs - 3 large, hard boiled (see instructions)
Mayo - 1 tablespoon
Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
Bacon - 2 slices, cooked - for garnish
Salt/Pepper - to taste
Romaine Lettuce - 1 head
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together eggs, sour cream, mayo.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut off top 2/3 of romaine head. These will be your “wraps.”
Fill the lettuce with egg mixture.
Garnish with bacon. This recipe also garnished our wraps with pea shoot micro greens.
Serve with a few berries or a salad!
