Instructions

In a bowl, mix together 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayo.

Salt and pepper to taste

Cut off top 2/3 of 1 head romaine lettuce. These will be your “wraps.”

Fill the lettuce with egg mixture.

Garnish with 2 slices bacon. This recipe also garnished our wraps with pea shoot micro greens.

Serve with a few berries or a salad!
