Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Ingredients
Cream Cheese - 1/4 cup, at room temperature
Butter - 2 tablespoons, at room temperature
Peanut Butter - 3 tablespoons
Erythritol - 1-2 tablespoons, powdered (you can buy it already powdered (Swerve) or powder it yourself in a blender or food processor)
Lily’s Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup
Directions:
Make sure that all of your ingredients are at room temperature. This will make them easy to mix!
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter.
Add 1 tablespoon of erythritol and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Taste the mixture, you might want to add a little more erythritol at this point. We only used 1 tablespoon for this recipe.
Store in an airtight container or form into dough balls!
