Ingredients
Coconut Flour - 2 tablespoons
Almond Flour - 1/4 cup
Erythritol - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1 large
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Almond Milk - 2 tablespoons
Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Blueberries - 1/3 cup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together coconut flour, almond flour, erythritol, egg, butter, almond milk, baking powder.
Gently fold blueberries into mixture.
Divide into 6 equal portions. Use silicone molds or muffin tray.
Bake at 350 for about 20 mins.
