Almond Butter Fat Bombs

Per serving: 230 calories, 5 g protein, 2 g carbohydrates, 24 g fat

Ingredients

Almond Butter - ¼ cup

Coconut Oil - ¼ cup

Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons, unsweetened

Stevia - to taste, this recipe used 10 drops

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, melt down coconut oil and almond butter.  You can use the microwave or a double boiler and stir to make sure it is mixed thoroughly.
  2. Add stevia and cocoa powder.  If possible, pour into a spouted container to avoid making a mess.
  3. Pour into silicone molds.  Refrigerate for at least 30 mins before eating.  Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

You can make a fat bomb with any nut butter + coconut oil + cocoa powder + sweetener.  This is an almond butter fat bomb to help you stay full.  You can use any sweetener of your choice, this recipe used Stevia.
