These amazing low carb brownies are made with Dutch cocoa powder that makes them very rich and dark. If you don't have any Dutch cocoa powder on hand, any other type of cocoa powder will work.

Ingredients
9 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup xylitol
3/4 finely ground almond flour
Flaky sea salt
2 eggs
11 Tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder
Note: you can add less almond flour if you want your brownies to be fudgier
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a heat-proof bowl, add xylitol, cocoa, and butter and microwave for around 10 seconds or until the butter have melted.
Mix together and add eggs until combined.
Add the almond flour and whisk well
Pour in an 8x8 greased baking pan and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes
When they’re fresh out of the oven, sprinkle flaky sea salt on them, and let cool before enjoying it!
