What to Know About How to Dissolve Gallstones Naturally

What Are Gallstones?

A lot of times, when you go to the doctor for an ultrasound or diagnosis of gallstones, they remove your gallbladder without explaining what causes the stones in the first place. This can leave you hanging in the air because you don’t know why it occurs. But before I explain the real cause of the condition, let me first tell you what it is.

Gallstones are basically cholesterol stones, and they don’t form because you are consuming too much cholesterol. The condition happens if you don't have enough bile to break down the cholesterol stones. Bile is a body fluid made by the liver and stored in the gallbladder to help your body dissolve fats from your diet

I want to explain how your gallbladder dissolves fats, so you know how it works. For example, you have a glass jar with some oil in it, and the oil represents the fats you ate from some fatty food. Then, you have a little amount of liquid detergent in another container. The detergent represents bile. If you mix the detergent with the oil by shaking the solution, the detergent dissolves the oil into small particles.

In the same way, bile works to dissolve fats in the gallbladder. The pancreas underneath your left rib cage sends lipase—an enzyme for fats that takes it one step further by dissolving fats into smaller particles—to the gallbladder. This allows your body to absorb the tiny particles into the intestine or the liver. So, basically, the gallbladder breaks down fat.

What Causes Low Bile Production in Your Body?

Your body needs bile, and a low bile problem is a symptom of something else. Several of the causes of low bile in the body are as follows. If your body experiences any of these, your risk of gallstones increases:

  • Excess Estrogen

Excess estrogen is a cause of low bile. Estrogen is a hormone, and it increases steadily during pregnancy. That's why women who are pregnant or those with high levels of estrogen can get gallstone disease.

  • Excessive Cortisol

Having high levels of cortisol in the body means you’re stressed out, and this can also increase your risk of gallstones. When you are constantly stressed, your body produces more of the stress hormone cortisol, leading to various health problems. This is the reason why stress management is important if you want to maintain a healthy body.

  • Excessive Fat Storing Hormone

Excessive Fat Storing Hormone can also cause pigment gallstones because it depletes the bile reserve. Fat Storing Hormone is a hormone responsible for allowing your body to use sugar from the carbs you eat for energy. This is the reason why a lot of people with diabetes can get gallstones.

  • Low-Fat Diets

Low-fat diets can also cause a bile deficiency because the thing that triggers the release of bile is saturated fats. If you don't eat enough fats, especially saturated fats, your body is not going to make enough bile. This can result in the formation of gallstones.

  • Constipation

Constipation can be another cause of gallstones because it slows down your bowel movements. This lets the colon absorb excess substances like bile and deoxycholic acid. When deoxycholic acid reaches your liver, it causes the liver to release more cholesterol, which can promote cholesterol crystallization or stones. Low bile can also result in constipation because bile lubricates the colon to help your stool pass easily.

Deoxycholic Acid Definition: A man-made form of a substance in your body that absorbs fats.

What Are the Symptoms of Gallstones?

In most cases, people with gallstones don't experience symptoms unless it becomes so severe that they start to suffer from gallstone pain. The symptoms show when there is gallbladder inflammation or when there is obstruction of the bile duct, which is commonly caused by gallstones. When this happens, you may experience the following:

  • Dark urine

  • Clay-colored stools

  • Yellowing of the eyes or skin

  • Severe vomiting

  • Fever and shivering

  • Sudden and severe abdominal pain in the upper right abdomen, which may extend to the upper back

How to Dissolve Gallstones Naturally

Dr. Berg's gallbladder formula | How To Dissolve Gallstones Naturally And What Causes Them | gallstone causes

Learning how to dissolve gallstones naturally involves knowing how you can increase your bile, figuring out what is the cause of the stones and correcting that, and switching to a gallbladder-friendly diet. You can also dissolve the bile duct stones by consuming bile salt. One of the natural treatments I use is called the Gallbladder Formula. It aims to do the following:

  • Promote regular bowel movements

  • Let you feel satisfied after eating

  • Help you absorb more nutrients

  • Support healthy digestion

  • Get relief from bloating

  • Support digestion even without the gallbladder

It not only has purified bile salts but also stone root, an herb that can dissolve stones. I also added some pancreatic enzymes to this product to support the digestion of carbs, proteins, and fats from fruits and vegetables, meat, and other types of foods. I added acidifiers as well to help the stomach release your own bile so you can produce more. You can find Spanish black radish and slippery elm bark in this product, too, to lubricate your common bile duct and thin your bile.

Know the Cause to Prevent Asymptomatic Gallstones

The point in learning how to dissolve gallstones naturally is knowing the real cause of your gallstones, so you can prevent complications down the road. IF your gallbladder is removed but the cause is still there, it can still create liver stones. You may not have gallstones anymore, but you may still develop complications of gallstones, like liver stones, instead.

Learning how to dissolve gallstones naturally requires understanding the causes and the science behind the condition. If you know the root cause of the stones, you can immediately correct the health issue, preventing gallstones from forming and the need for medical procedures like surgery, laparoscopic surgery, open cholecystectomy, or other medications. Do you think you have gallstones? It’s best to consult your doctor and get a diagnosis.
