Thanks to Youtube, I found Dr. Berg. Male 54, weight 225lbs, 5.8" H. I thought if I will not take care of myself no one can rescue me.

Always snacking, always eating, late-night eating. I started IF and OMAD. could follow the complete keto plan but I stopped eating all type of grains, sugar and dairy products except 2 to 3 spoons of milk in my tea. After 1 week, no carb cravings, no late-night cravings. After 5 weeks, I came down to 205lbs. with lots of vegetables, fish, eggs, and beef. I also started drinking whole lemon with berries which doesn't suit me I got nasal congestion with lemon.

I do follow Dry Fasting/fasting during the month of Ramadan. Seems something is wrong with my diet now. I am stuck at 202lbs. Hoping to move to the next target of 190, 180, 170, and finally 160lbs. Fingers crossed :) I have lots of energy, better sleep, no acidity, GERD, and less night urine frequency. My blood works shows improvements especially my lipid profile. My Doctor didnt increase the dosage of of my medicine. Hoping to get rid of all pills once i achieve my goals. Thanks Dr. Berg. You are the best!
