Dear Dr. Berg,

First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for all the videos you post on YouTube. I live in Brazil, and I'm 43 years old. I starting watching your videos about fasting and introducing them to my routine. I noticed how young I can be, renewing my body after every 72h fasting, and maintaining it new with intermittent fasting. Today, I used to do intermittent fasting 20h-4h on weekdays, and once a month, 5 days fasting (132h). This routine is making very young in all aspects. For example, I train muay thai 5 times a week, and today I can fight against 20-30 year old fighters and beat them, thanks to the energy I to using fat not carbohydrate as main energy. I'm training sparring classes in 24h fasting. My friends call me "unlimited energy fighter"! Also, I learned a lot about vegetables. Today, I eat meat at weekends only, and I getting a lot of benefits also. After reading Dr. David Sinclair's theory in his book "Lifespan - Why we age and why we don't have to" I guarantee to myself, with Dr. Berg's advices, I can reach 120 years of life easily. Thank you Dr. Berg for sharing all this information with us!
