Short term success

I was having issues with my weight and I found Dr. Berg on YouTube. I started to cut my carbs in late February, early March, I saw my primary care Doctor and he was concerned about my blood pressure and possible diabetes. I had blood work done and my A1C came back at 7.6 and I was shocked as I was eating what I thought was a normal diet. I committed to the Keto diet with mild to moderate exercise and intermittent fasting, As of June, I had a repeat visit and my A1C was 5.3 and my blood pressure was within normal limits and I had stopped my meds. In the process of gaining control of my health, I also dropped my weight from 238 lbs to 197 lbs. Doing 2MAD every day and occasionally OMAD, have not felt this good in a long time. I also have been diagnosed with a fatty liver and my liver function tests are now normal. I have a lot more to do but heading in the right direction. Thank you Dr. Berg for your guidance, community support on Facebook, and the online resources. It works!!!
