Pain

I ran heavy equipment for 38 years. Everything I have - hurt, and I was overweight. I started the keto diet after getting an audiobook "Anyway You Can". On February 14 2021 I went to 1 meal a day for 40 days. But hit a wall at 175 lbs but I started at 218. But my new pants are falling off me so something is going on. Trying for 160lbs. Pain is better but not gone. 3 weeks ago I got an MRI to see what going on they seen a spot on my lung. So now we need to see if I have lung cancer oh boy.
