On the left was our picture taken on our wedding day 15 years ago. Losing weight was hard but being morbidly obese was difficult too. We consistent with IF and OMAD since November 2018, until now. No sugar and doing low carb/keto, workout and jogging every day. We managed to reverse our diabetic and hypertension condition. I managed to lose 65kg (143 lbs); from 130kg to 65kg. While husband lost 109kg (240 lbs); from 191kg to 85kg. Thank you Dr. Eric Berg for all your knowledge sharing and guidance!
