One simple diet change and no more pain!

I have been suffering from pain in my knees for over 30 years. I had injuries to each of them in my younger years. I had several rounds of physical therapy throughout the years without much improvement. I saw an Orthopedic Surgeon who told me that the only solution was knee replacement surgery. Even though I was in a lot of pain, that's still something I didn't want to do!

Thanks to Dr. Berg, I learned about the effect of sugar on the body and the inflammation it causes. Even though I have always loved my sweets, I decided to give up sugar to see if it helped. After a particularly sweet-filled day which left me absolutely miserable the next day, I went sugar-free and never looked back! I felt better in less than 24 hours! I woke up the next morning pain-free, my mobility was better, my mood was better, and my energy was better. Because the difference was so significant it really was easy to stay away from sugar! The cravings went away after about 3 days and I find that I enjoy savory foods much more now. There are wonderful natural sweeteners available now that don't cause inflammation, there really isn't a need for sugar anymore! Thanks to Dr. Berg, at 61 I feel better than I did at 41!
