One Foot in Front of the Other
By: Philip A Anderson
My name is Philip Anderson. I'm 71 years old and 6'6". I had my gall bladder removed two months ago here in Seattle and discovered Dr. Berg while looking for information and things to be aware of after surgery. The video is straightforward and informative.. I ordered the gallbladder formula to give it a try. I just ordered a second bottle, it evidently helps regulate my digestion.
I'm not Gung-ho on Keto at this stage, but i'm somewhat headed in that direction and the information in so many videos has answered questions I didn't know I had. The upshot is I'm focusing on my fatty liver instead of type-2 diabetes which is more abstract to me than working on the liver and my glucose numbers are down.
I'm staying away from the carbs and I have slowly substituted avocados for mayonnaise and am working on almond flour -.half and half until the last of the bread flour are used up. Cooking two dozen eggs at a time, not over-boiled. I knew that anyway and eating two a day, sometimes mixed with tuna and avocado.. Drinking organic whole milk and eating organic butter. I have lost 20 pounds, down to 215 from 235 at age 71. Trying to eat at about noon and 7pm..Can't sleep and use Xanax to get my brain to shut down. Ordered Vegan Sleep aid, but it doesn't seem to do the trick for me. I'm a redhead (WAS, anyway) and we have some different physical reactions to medications and remedies. My advice would be "take it at your own pace and try to understand what you're doing, and why".. You can always refer back to a particular video and watch until you understand it. I'm not a 'fast learner" and that's just what I need. Thanks to Dr. Berg ...(all you need to do is look at his skin to see that he obviously knows what he's diong...)
