Big Surprise!

I resisted trying Keto for a long time because I didn't think it was for me. I finally decided to try it as my sister-in-law kept telling me about it and intermittent fasting. I also didn't believe I could successfully do fasting. I decided to give it a try just to eat a more healthy diet. I set myself a goal of giving it a month's trial. Lo and behold, after just a few weeks, I began to lose weight (something I wasn't even going after) and feeling more energized. Then when I added in intermittent fasting things moved even faster so I determined to try a 3-day fast. That proved to be so easy, I wondered why I had never tried it before. In fact, it was actually a 4-day fast because I lost track of the days I had been on it. The big surprise came when, the day after I came off the fast, I realized that the bladder infection I had had almost constantly for over 20+ years was gone, completely! I was jumping for joy! Thank you for this way of eating and all your very helpful videos - I am one happy camper!
