I've been using your advice as well as that of other ones who offer information on this topic, like Fung, Lauer, and the like. My routine typically is a series of 20:4 days, a cheat day on the weekends, and one or two 18:8 days, and a keto diet. I've been doing this since late December of last year and my weight has gone from 270 to 235 or so. Now, I've been adding longer fasting periods the last couple of months, 48, 72, did my first 5-day last week. The reason being, have a deadline coming up and I need to hit it by the beginning of September. I'm going to do a series of 5 days fast over August, with a break on the weekends. The result of my first 5 days fast was astounding. Thanks for your work and God bless! Junius
