I was on Keto for 5 weeks and was not showing any success. After watching Dr. Berg's videos I understood why I was not losing weight. So I made tweeks like removing Powder Stevia Sugar substitute and switched to liquid Stevia. I was also introduced to intermittent fasting and that was the game changer. Now I am down two belt sizes and no longer having an acid reflux during the middle of the night waking me up. One other thing I did notice that my aching knee pain is gone also. Thanks Dr. Berg for the life change.
