I started intermittent fasting a year ago. 16:8 after a couple of weeks. In addition to that, I do a low carb not always keto but keeping the carb intake as low as possible. I also love coffee and MCT oil in my coffee has been very helpful. A year later I have lost about 20 kg. My belly is flat and I have really benefited from Dr. Berg's videos on youtube. I don't have any loose skin and I feel great. I avoid sugar, alcohol, and carbs if I can. Rarely any cravings for sugar or carbs. Now I focus more on getting even healthier with healthy foods and keeping up with 16:8 every day!! Sometimes 20:4. I notice that my skin, nails, and hair is looking a lot more healthy and I feel amazing. Two of my friends have also started IF and low-carb foods. I have shared some of Dr. Berg's videos with them.

My mantra: Food is medicine for the body. What really spoke to me was: "getting healthy to lose weight". So true! Thank you, Dr. Berg.
