More about difficulty using website

Hi, I am so excited to use your products and to hear both new & older videos on turning poor health into good health, and to think about every food & supplement as healing fuel. I am so, so thankful. Even my husband, though he might not admit it, is benefiting. He lost his gallbladder dramatically, last year. Your teachings are world-changing. I have a friend that doesn't use the internet much. She is pretty healthy yet sold into low fat eating. I would like to purchase a book for her, by you. Even a booklet would be a good start. Secondly, you might want to have someone tweak your website in the shop part. I can never easily place an order. I have placed about 7 and always need to get a temporary passcode. It is worth the trouble, but, I think someone should be able to smooth out the wrinkles on the site. It seems over complicated as far as web shopping goes. I hope the web designer isn't a relative. I have many testimonials. Too many to mention & no time to sketch them out. I apologize. I feel I owe you a debt of gratitude and it isn't much to write some down to give you something.
