After years of trying different exercise and diet programs, healthy Keto and IF is the ticket. It’s so discouraging and disheartening to make all the efforts and expend all the energy to lose post menopausal weight.. Starting with menopause visceral lbs. it becomes a heavy burden to reduce the weight and caloric intake. After all the attempts while managing cortisol, it’s a real testimony of endurance. Finally I am seeing results of elimination of visceral fat and cellulite. It’s time to take back control of the body underneath the external fatty layer!!
