Lost 8 lbs Without Calorie Restriction.

I started Keto back on February 21 and I have lost 8 lbs without calorie restriction. My goal was not so much weight loss, but to stop feeling hungry all the time and stop my afternoon energy slump. I was constantly craving, and wondering if my workouts and afternoon fatigue would improve if I became Keto adapted. They did! I no longer had to have the pre-workout bar, the post workout bar, and the afternoon snack. Now I can get up at 5am, do a HIIT class and teach two classes in a fasted state, and still not be all that hungry till noon. I recently had a setback with a kidney stone, I’m getting no clear answers if the keto lifestyle could be the cause. I also work as a beekeeper and spend many hours sweating in a hot bee suit; I’m hoping dehydration was the cause and not my healthy foods! Thank you for your educational videos!
