The feeling and mental clarity experienced while on intermittent fasting is inexplicable. I did 21 hours of fast & 3 hours of eating window. This, when combined with Low Carb diet, makes me unstoppable. Got rid of acne, breathlessness, IBS, pungent flatus, improved skin health, over-sweating. I have become completely independent of food.
