Lost 35 Pounds

Lost 35 pounds in 20 Weeks. I started out counting calories for 6 days and having a Cheat Day on the 7th day. (Cheat Day was vital for me) That got me to lose 25 lbs in 16 weeks. Then I started Intermittent Fasting and watching as many of your videos as I could. That is how I lost the last 10 lbs. (Which is the hardest to lose) Most important part for me was to run 2.5 miles while I was fasted. This helped me to really get that fat burning during the intermittent fasting. I am recommending everyone to your youtube channel. Thanks for all the scientific backing for your videos. I love being able to understand how the body uses and stores fat. (As well as other aspects of the body)
