Lost 30 lbs in 4 months. Created program for men called "Dad-bod shed" where we incorporated crossfit, implemented ketogenic diet and intermittent Fasting. Incredible results and not done with program until June 12. Dr. Berg, I would love to have your input on making a program like this to release to the masses if you are interested.
