Losing Weight Feeling Better

I'm 57, 5'10, male, and weighed in at about 240 back in February. After moving to two meals a day, cutting out snacks, and reducing carbs, I'm now down to 218 (as of August 1) with a goal of getting to 200 by the end of the year and eventually down to about 180. What I really like about Dr. Berg's material is he skillfully explains the biochemistry that's going on. I know I could probably get faster results if I went all-in on a healthy Keto diet, and maybe one day I will get there, but I do like the slow and steady progress I've achieved thus far. I'm also taking 30,000IU of vitamin D, and I do feel more focused. I eat between 11am and 7pm so I don't really feel like I'm fasting. What it has done is make me more conscious of what I'm eating plus I don't snack at night. Thanks for the great YouTube videos and keep up the good work!
