I have been watching your videos for years. They have helped me tremendously. Last year, I was having joint problems and I looked up a few issues connected with having joint problems. I felt like it could be a few different issues but I really feel it was because not eating very healthy in years past causing liver problems. But to make a long story short I began a more keto-type of diet. I have been without bread and sweets including soft drinks for over 6 months now. At first, it was difficult but after a few days of feeling better I kept on eating healthy. I noticed a little weight loss first few weeks. But now after 6months, I have noticed a lot of weight loss.!! I went down 2 pants sizes. I have much more energy without an energy drink or extreme caffeine. Vitamin D, oregano oil, potassium, are also a few different things I have added to my daily intake! Thanks for all the great videos!! I do a few other things over years I have learned from you. Such as ACV and lemon juice. I had real problems with acid reflux a few years ago. And started the ACV etc. It was a life saver and game changer. I feel that stomach issues help lead up to a fatty liver and inflammation. But not sure. Just feeling better now. Thanks a a lot!
